Happy Valentine's Day

We made some cute hats to wear counting by 10's to 100. I hope all the parents got their sweet Valentine cards from their kiddos. I made a heart out of their painted hands and put a little note inside the card that said "No one touches my heart like you!" At the end of the day we played tape the lips on Mrs. Grissom. They seemed to really like it. Hope you had a great heart day! Mine would be better if I wasn't back at school for a PTO meeting.

Hawaiiain Day

We had a great day! We started off with a lei and aloha in the morning and did a little luau party music to get our brains working and our blood flowing. We had an awesome snack, thanks to all of you parents (I think that was their favorite part.) Then we read and looked at pictures about Hawaii. I hope they were able to tell you some things about it. We ended the day with a special measurement snack but the camera battery died so I can't show you any pictures :( Aloha!
