Grinch/Polar Express

We had a great Grinch day and so much fun Polar Express Day! Our polar express tickets let them in to ride our "train". We watched the part of the movie that looks almost 3D and pretended to move when the train moved. Then we had our hot chocolate and ended with a special treat sent from the North Pole and a note from Santa. They really loved the "frozen" bells off his sleigh!

Gingerbread House

The kids had the BEST time making gingerbread houses! They concentrated and made them look so great! I will be sending them home for you to enjoy this week.

Hibernation Day

We did our hibernating our animals day back in November. The kids really enjoyed reading a book to their animals, feeding them some fish to fatten up for winter, and then singing them a lullaby and laying down with them. We then very quietly hid them away in our "cave". We will see them again in the Spring!

Cowboy/Cowgirl Day

We really had fun today. The cowboys and cowgirls wore their hats and we practiced a pony riding song this morning. At the end of the day we had our stick horse races. Lily was the winner for the girls and Pierce was the all time winner for the class and tied with Miss Fowler's student. Then Miss Fowler and I decided to participate in the fun at the end. Yeehaw!!

Nursery Rhymes/Halloween Party

The boys and girls did wonderful on their nursery rhymes. We had a great time making ghost balloons and having broom races also. Thanks to all the parents that came to help and participate. Thanks to Ms. Peterson, who was the favorite broom racer against the kiddos, but lost several times with a smile. :) Thank you also to all that sent food and supplies!

Pumpkin Patch fun!

I didn't finish taking pictures because we had to leave early but I got a few good ones! We had lots of fun and I loved seeing and talking with everyone.
